Charlie’s White Paper

Today sees the official launch of Emmanuel Church, and independent evangelical church in West Nottingham.

After some difficulties in St Michael’s, Bramcote - a church of England church, a number of people left (including my family) and began a new fellowship. This all happened kicked off about a week into my time at Oak Hill - training as an Anglican ordinand!

After five months, the church is holding an official launch welcoming many friends and family to join them as they start. I was behind the design of their new website, and hope to continue to develop it over time. If you’re a Christian, please pray for them and wish them well as they serve God in the future.

Yes indeed, back in Bramcote; where my various belongings cover at least three rooms - and that’s not to mention all the boxes in storage! The family are patient so far, but that’s probably helped by having someone else to do the school run in the morning and pick up errant teenagers at night. Read more »
